Andrew Martin is a local therapist, providing individual, family, and marriage counseling in the Evansville area since 2011. People choose to see Andrew when they are looking for an action-oriented approach that not only addresses current challenges but teaches resilience-based strategies for life long problem-solving.
Andrew works with clients from adolescents to adulthood, including marriage and couples counseling, with experience teaching nurturing parenting techniques and working on parent/teen attachment. He is trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and other trauma-oriented treatments. Additionally, he has been a presenter at the USI Social Work conference on the topics of EMDR and complex/developmental trauma.
Andrew is a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) in the state of Indiana. He received his Master’s and Bachelor’s Degrees in Social Work from the University of Southern Indiana.
