Dr. Mann serves as Chief of the Obstetrics and Gynecology Department at the Women’s Hospital. A Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine, he has received specialized training in Osteopathic Manual Manipulation and has particular interest in laparoscopic surgery. Dr. Mann is board certified and is experienced in robotic surgery.
At the Women’s Hospital, Dr. Mann is a member of the Medical Executive Committee, the Obstetric Perinatal Committee and the Gynecologic Morbidity & Mortality Committee. He also is a member of the Indiana State Medical Association, American Osteopathic Association and the American Institute of Ultrasound in Medicine.

Dr. Mann is married and has three children. He enjoys golf and boating.
